संस्था का उद्देश्य

जब भी किसी वस्तु या कार्य को करने का विचार मन में आता है तो सबसे पहले उसका उद्देश्य निर्धारित करना होगा बिना उद्देश्य के किसी भी वस्तु या कार्य को आरंभ करना धन समय एवम परिश्रम व्यर्थ करना है । इस बात को ध्यान में रखकर जब सन 2019 में संस्था के संस्थापक माननीय श्री सुबोध श्रीवास्तव को संस्था के निर्माण का विचार आया तो उद्देश्य स्पष्ट होना स्वाभाविक था।

सन् 2019 मे "भारतीय न्यास अधिनियम" के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार सुरक्षा परिषद का उद्देश्य मानवाधिकार शब्द से ही स्पष्ट है कि संस्था मानव अधिकार जैसे मुद्दों पर कार्यरत्त है। संस्था का मुख्य उद्देश्य संविधान द्वारा प्रदत्त मानव अधिकारों के विषय में लोगों को जागरूक करना एवं लोगों को उनके अधिकार दिलाने में निःशुल्क कानूनी परामर्श उपलब्ध कराना है। संस्था में कुशल एवं योग्य अधिवक्ताओं का समूह कार्यरत है। कुशल अधिवक्ताओं के नेतृत्व में निःशुल्क विधिक परामर्श दी जाती है। संस्था पूरे भारतवर्ष में अपनी सेवाएं प्रदान कर कुशल एवं सामाजिक लोगों को संस्था में जोड़ने का कार्य करती है ताकि हम अपनी सेवाएं एवं सहायता पूरे भारतवर्ष में दे सकें। संस्था की सदस्यता सामाजिक एवं नि:स्वार्थ लोगों को ही दी जाए इसका पूरा ध्यान रखा जाता है। संस्था के अनुभवी सहयोगियों द्वारा संस्था के सदस्यों का चयन किया जाता है। एवं संस्था के मुख्य स्तरों के अध्यक्षो का चयन संस्था के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष सुबोध श्रीवास्तव एवम महासचिव सुश्री कीर्ति सिंह द्वारा किया जाता है।

As everyone knows that there is a purpose and idea behind any work. Work cannot be done without consideration. Similar views have been held by the founder of the institution, Subodh Kumar Srivastava. He considered how to end corruption and crime spread in the society. Kirti Singh (National General Secretary) was an outstanding contributor to the idea's form and the organization was established on 4 October 2019 with a joint effort. The institution vowed to eliminate corruption and crime from all over India. There are many such rights in this world such as freedom, equality, right to respect, economic, social, cultural rights, right to education. Which must be given to the citizens of the world, but many such rights are still being violated, in which corruption and crime are born.

Since this task is not so simple that help can be provided in every districts and regions all over India, the institution started the membership program and aims to protect the human rights by first making the citizens of the country aware of their constitutional and fundamental rights. Is kept. To become a member (volunteer) of the organization requires strong intentions, you have to have the will and patience to secure human rights. Because there are many legal issues in the field of human rights which do not resolve soon. Our organization organizes awareness camps from time to time. Throughout India many organizations are working in the field of human rights, all have different objectives but the objective of "National Human Rights Security Council" is to eliminate corruption from India and make the judicial process transparent. And to make it faster, this organization provides legal advice through its advocates and takes appropriate action and the institution is fully dedicated to the interests of the society.

The aim of the institution is to increase the intensity of the judicial process so that the victim can receive appropriate counseling and justice at the time indicated. The institution has resolved that the citizens provided by the constitution will be made aware of the human rights and their rights will be given to them, the objective of the National President of the institution, Honorable Subodh Kumar Srivastava ji, is to develop corruption free ideology to only one percent of the total population of India We have to provide our contribution by doing.
